"Big Mike" is basketball in its purest form, and he embodies a mountain of heart and determination. Mike attended the University of Texas El-Paso where he developed the fundamentals he displays on the court today. Mike was selected by the Dallas Mavericks in the 1987 NBA draft.

Big Mike’s overseas experience has played a vital role in IAF International Student Athlete exchange program with students from Luanda Angola and a partnership with The Luanda Africa Angola Basketball Team.
